Wonderful grouping to the same man. Set consist of full dress jacket, cap and trousers.
Dress/parade tunic, two rows of 8 front buttons. Heavy, gold painted buttons. Ornamented collar with gold and silver colored bullion. Slip on parade shoulder boards with ornaments. Two bullion rank stripes are sewn to each lower cuff. Loops is sewn to the right upper chest for a medium sized medal bar. The tunic is fully lined with fine White cotton cloth. Manufacturers label is neatly hand sewn to the inside neck. The tunic is in very good condition with no holes, rips or mendings. The shoulder straps shows some fraying to the embroidered symbols.
Dress / parade trousers with golden bullion rank tresse to each side. All buttons complete, no holes, rips or mendings. Only light signs of age and use. Inside has the original owners embroidered name label still intact.
Imperial Japanese dress / parade cap. High quality cap made of hard pressed paper covered with black cow fur. Ornamented embroidery stripes running from the front all the way to the end of the cap. Gold end silver wire knots are to the front and end of the cap as well as to the top and buttoned down to the right side with a Heavy, gold colored navy button. Inside is lined with White silk. The lining has a name embroidered to the top center.
